Matt started his career as a builder/contractor with his own home improvement maintenance company for 16 years. He left the contracting business over 25 years ago to help his wife with her growing property management business and quickly received his real estate broker's license. As partners specializing in residential property management their business has continued to grow to a staff of 13.

Pam is a native of Fort Walton Beach and grew up in a real estate family. In 1977, following college, Pam received her Real Estate License and went to work in her Father's Real Estate Business. She began managing a few properties for out of state owners and quickly moved from sales to full time professional property management as more and more properties were referred to her from owners and other sales associates. Pam has a GRI designation and was Realtor Associate of the year and has been recognized as a leader in her profession. Pam and her husband, Matt, are the Owners of Sundance Rental Management, Inc., which currently manages over 1,250 long term residential properties. 
 

Property Manager - Blake

Blake Graduated from the University of West Florida with a Bachelor of Science Degree from the College of Professional Studies majoring in Recreation, Resort, and Hospitality Management. Blake spent eight years in the restaurant business, four in Panama City and four in Pensacola. Blake enjoys operations and hopes to be with the corporation for years to come.  Blake has been with Sundance since 2007.

Susan is a Fort Walton Beach native and the Daughter of owners Matt and Pam Scheel.  Obtaining her Real Estate License in 2010, Susan is looking forward to building relationships with the community, and is motivated to continue her parent’s excellence of 35 years in the Property Management Business and service to the community.  Susan has been with Sundance since 2007.

Stevie is a native to the Northwest Florida area, and graduated from Choctawhatchee High School. She has been with Sundance Rental Management since December 2006. Stevie looks forward to a thriving future with the company.

After her father's retirement, Ashley moved down to Florida with her family and fell in love with the Emerald Coast.  She graduated from the University of West Florida and has worked in the hospitality field for six years. She looks forward to continue learning and growing with Sundance.

Property Manager- Korissa
Fort Walton Beach

Korissa has been a resident for Fort Walton Beach for 2 years stationed here at Hurlburt Field on her husband’s military orders.  She has received her Associate’s degree at Northwest Florida State College.

Office Manager - Tricia

Tricia was born and raised in Fort Walton Beach.  After Graduating from Fort Walton Beach High School she earned her Associates Degree in Business Management.  Her extensive work experience in Office Management includes three years as a Real Estate Assistant, one year as a Real Estate Salesperson, three years as Bookkeeper and Collection Manager for a local Paint Company, and three years as Office Manager for a local Office Products Company, and currently celebrating SEVEN years with Sundance Rental Management.

Senior Account Manager-Abby

Abby moved to North West Florida in 1976 when her husband got stationed at Eglin AFB. She joined the Sundance team in 2012 and looks forward to many years with this growing business. 

Account Manager-Karen

Karen moved to Niceville in the mid 1990's after her husband received  orders at Eglin Air Force Base. Shortly thereafter, she started working at Sundance Rental Management, Inc. as a receptionist. In 1999 Karen was promoted to Account Manager. She enjoys working for Sundance and hopes to continue to be part of this organization for many years to come as it continues to grow successfully.

Commercial Manager- Rick

Rick has been a resident of Fort Walton Beach for over 20 years. He has been with Sundance for the past six years as the Maintenance Supervisor. Rick is currently a real estate licensed agent in the Commercial Property Management division for the company.  Rick obtained is CCLS (Certified Commercial Leasing Specialist) designation in 2011.

Office Assistant- Katie

Katie joined our staff in December 2012 and has become a valuable asset to our team.

Office Assistant- Heather

Heather is originally from Cocoa, FL she moved here in 2012 her husband is stationed at Eglin AFB.  She is very interested in pursuing a career in real estate.
