* Sundance Rental Management, Inc. has offered property management to the Fort Walton Beach and surrounding areas for more than 30 years. We offer comprehensive property management service including regular maintenance, rent collection and bookkeeping, and leasing and tenant screening. Our Owners are paid electronically to their bank accounts each month and accounting statements are mailed, or e-mailed, making bookkeeping for that purpose easier.
